Every service call has a minimum one-hour field labor charge and Travel Charge based on distance to location. 1a. If your service call is for an oven that BRPINC has not serviced before or in over a year, we are required to do an oven inspection which takes a minimum of 2 hours before any other service on that oven can be performed. 2. Diagnosis or survey of any equipment is charged as a service call. 2a. We do not perform “FREE” Diagnosis 2b. All diagnosis of equipment is separately invoiced from the estimate. 2c. An estimate for the repairs will be submitted separately after the initial diagnosis. 3. New customers are required to pay the invoice immediately upon receipt of the invoice. 4. Labor warranty is strictly 30 days from completion unless otherwise stated. Intermittent problems cannot and will not be guaranteed. 5. Parts warranty is that of the manufacturer. 6. If any work is performed on a piece of equipment by someone else (whether an internal employee or another service company) after BRPINC has completed their repairs, all warranties and liabilities are void.
